Happy Birthday Miss Wendy! We can hardly believe that she's already 2 years old.Here are some of our favorite things that Miss Wendy does right now:
- Sings Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree - very loudly with a wide open mouth. She also shakes her head side to side while holding a note to give it some lovely vibrato. Hand motions are included.
- Washes the dishes. True, it usually leads to mopping up the floor in front of the sink, but she's awesome at rinsing the silverware and putting it in the drainer.
- Laundry. Sorting, loading the washer, watching it fill with water, folding, and putting away. You can hold up any piece of clothing and she'll tell you who it belongs to...this really helps Dad when he's pitching in with the folding.
- Dancing and doing flips in the livingroom.
- Racing through the house while pushing her dolly in the baby stroller.
- Building airplanes and other things with the Trios.
- Preparing us meals in her little kitchen.
- Dressing up in all sorts of pretty things. She loves to choose her own clothes and comes up with some great combinations. Miss Wendy also has a thing for purses and shoes - hers and everybody elses!
- She's a great helper with her little brother. His name is a bit tricky, so she just calls him Boppin. It's really sweet. When she wants to hold him, she says, "Me touch him. My turn."
- Faking owies so she can get a bandaid.
We just love our little Ladybug Princess! Happy Birthday Miss Wendy!

Happy belated birthday Miss Wendy! Love the wisdom from farmer. He and Hud should get together more--they would come up with some great stuff. Baby sure is cute--and growing. Hope to see ya soon.
Congrats on the new addition! Nothin' but cute babies in this family, thats for sure. Its so nice to be able to stay updated with the blogging world.
