The cold and windy weather certainly put a damper on gardening this week! However, a few things happened in our garden:
- Planted some lettuce, Melody spinach, and Pak Choi.
- We've been eating fresh asparagus and chives.
- Our wonderful neighbor disked our field for us.
What's Blooming this Week:
- Bergenia
- Grape Hyacinth
- Daffodills
- Tulips
- Nanking Cherry
- Vinca
- Aubrietia
- Arabis
- Apricot - nearly finished...I hope a few bees came to visit, the weather wasn't the best for blooming fruit trees to be pollinated.
